'One Salty Two Sweet' was designed to be the ultimate clinical resource for students at the University of Nottingham. Our ongoing success since 2017 is testament to the quality of the book, and the continued hard work that goes into keeping it accurate and up-to-date.
The complete Foundations for Practice (FFP) was written in response to the updated course structure at the University of Nottingham. It covers every FFP objective over two books (Medicine / Surgery & Specials / Psychiatry). Much like the original book, each relevant objective is written out and then directly covered, this time with the help of some specialist content editors. It also comes with a free digital image guide to help you through the tricky clinical images that crop up in FFP exams. We are confident that this is our best guide to date!
To keep the costs of the book down, we print only one cycle per year. We currently still have books in stock for 2026 and will aim to have your book with you within one week of your order!
